Zen exchange issues

So, I recently sold some AD on the Zen exchange. After I received these, I found an item I wanted to purchase on the auction house. I went back to sell my recently purchased Zen for AD's. 2 seperate transactions, 100 Zen for 238 AD. One of my 100 Zen transaction went through, while the other is still waiting.

My issue. Where are my ADs? They didn't transer to my char after the transaction and they most certainly took the Zen. Also, my log now says I have no transaction history, when before swapping to my other char I had a list of transaction history? What the heck just happened?

    Go into your exchange and hit Y (withdrawal) you should pull up a new screen and you diamonds will be there just withdrawal and they are on your character

    That. OR you are in the queue. If you post for say 230ad but it goes up to 231ad right as you post it, you have to wait for it to drop again before you can get your stuff....it goes both ways for ad and Zen
