the profession of leadership isn't working in both mobile and pc versions of neverwinter gateway.

    It is working in the PC in game mode, but is disabled on browsers and mobile apps, due to botting. The devs are looking at solutions for a return to full useability.

    what do you mean with the word "botting"?

    Automation by scripted programs, basicaly people set programs to run to do it, so they didn't have to do it by hand.
