Does the pseudo dragon active ability proc on reflect damage?

As title, example:
Guardian fighter has a pseudo dragon active, is also using a blacksmith, and the class feature Guarded assault. Do these reflect damage types proc the dragons active bonus to gain stamina/guard?

I am not sure... I have wondered the same thing because it would work wonders with my GF
