Can't use mounts at Protector Enclave

Title says it all; right after the new mini-patch i couldn't use mounts at PE, tired with 5 different toons

    Ditto. Was very odd, and annoying.

    This was caused by a debug command we (myself actually) ran when the server came up to help us test some things.

    Thanks for the callout though.
