Avatar of War title does not unlock at 6/6

Bug: Avatar of War title does not unlock
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Obtain all 6 pieces of the Great Weapon Fighter "Avatar of War" armor set, including Main Hand (Greatsword), Offhand (Sword Knot), helmet, chest, gloves, boots.
2. At this point the title should unlock, but it does not.
Bug: Avatar of War title does not unlock upon obtaining full set.
Notes: It does not matter if you unequip all items, put them in the same bag, reequip them all at the same time, place them all in your bank and retrieve them all again. Nothing seems to work as far as I can tell.
