Vault of Piety Elixir Issues

I tried to purchase 2 Wild Storm Elixirs at a cost of 4 Ardent Coins. I didn't think about it much, just hit the button twice to purchase. I ended up with 40 Elixirs at the cost of 80 Ardent Coins. Now i only have 8 left, and i can't use them to NY any other Elixirs, even though they only cost 2 Ardent Coins.

Subject: Vault of Piety bugged
Steps to reproduce:
1. Pray
2. Get Coins
3. Open Vault of Piety
4. Try to spend Ardent Coins on Elixirs

Bug: Elixirs in Vault if Piety are being purchased in multiples of 20.

I have encountered the same issue however mine were purchased overtime. I am wondering if this is intended hidden limit or a bug and would like clarification
