Error with Battlefield Grim Mask

Ive purchased a Battlefield Grim Mask from the PvP store, to transmute over my Draconic Templar Helmet.. But when i equipt the mask, or try to transmute the mask, the appearance of the mask is wrong? It appears on my character as a masquerade mask??

Has this happened to anyone else? And how did you correct it, or how can I get this corrected?
