Feytouched Enchantment Bugged on CW

Transcendent Feytouched enchant buff effect cooldown is bugged for CWs. The wording on the enchant and the way it works on other classes means that as long as you refresh it with your encounters the enchantment buff should never go on cooldown at the Trans level. For CWs once you pick up the buff from it you will see that the effect lasts 20 seconds, then goes on a 20 second cooldown before it can be re-applied. For other classes the cooldown is simultaneous with the effect, matching the tooltip. It seems CW is the only one affected by this bug. I'm surprised that this hasn't been brought up before now given its popularity in the PVP community.
Bug has been tested on CW, Paladin, HR, GF, GWF. If I get time later I will add to the list of other classes. Also one of the guildies who assisted with this testing indicated that there are also some HR encounters which do not trigger the buff.
