Battlefield Grim mask error

Ive just purchased the battlefield grim mask from the PvP store but the appearance of the mask is glitched.. The mask has the appearance of a masquerade mask rather than the Grim mask? I've not transmuted the mask or anything I've literally just brought it and Equipt it and the appearance is faulty.

    That is not a glitch... you assumed that the helm would look like the picture. It is a lot like the stupid masks of the epic gear.​​
