Fey Enchant Bugged On CW

Doing some testing with guildies with a Trans Fey enchant its become apparent that the cooldown is bugged for CWs for some reason. The wording on the enchant and the way it works on other classes means that as long as you keep up your encounters the enchantment buff should never go on cooldown at the Trans level. For CWs you can see that once you pick up the buff from it you will see that the effect lasts 20 seconds, then goes on a 20 second cooldown. For other classes the cooldown is simultaneous with the effect matching the tooltip. It seems CW is the only one affected by this bug. I'm surprised that this hasn't been brought up before now given its popularity in the PVP community.

Yea I know, first world problems but Cryptic needs to get it fixed. Paid a ton to make mine and expect it to work.
