Lord Nevermber Stops Giving Quests After 1st Abandon

Has anyone else experienced this?
A friend of mine said that almost every day or at least several times per week, he receives a quest from Lord NEvermber for 4,000 astral diamonds.
Upon first receiving a quest from him after I turned lvl 60 about a month ago, I kept it for some time, until realizing how futile PVP is unless you are 18-20k gear score/bought your way in/have an awesome build etc.
Since abandoning the quest, it has been a total month. I check in to him every other day and he has nothing for me, just says: goodbye.
Is there a way to undo this?
