its obvious they dont want to babysit you , you are not even 70 lvl, you should lowering their premade succesfulness too much.
what i know they have very big demands for new members, maybe some of them can share them here

nah not necessary, there are many 2k+ players in pvp guilds, they can tag along with the lower geared members, shouldn't be a problem, the most important thing is them knowing where to go, what to do and how to maximize their potential to help the team
