I said it many, MANY times, its not anything to do with i level, they should gate it via ARP, minimum 35% entry.
Even then it would be difficult, but it would lock out the people who cant even hit the heads.

It has vety little valuewould probably equate to around the 2.2 or 2.3 i level entry though, which is pretty much the same thing i guess.
I will agree 1.8 is too low.. but frankly , at this point any feedback we give isnt being listened to anyways.. so what can we do..

There is another avenue to get what you need, so thats what poeple do, they just skip this content, or some might do it in channels, but since it offeres not much of value at all, no one is going to bother running it at this time.
People ran it last mod because hoards were not a practical way , and dragon templar was a good alternative for some classes (it was a secondary must for dcs, so you could use it if some other dc had hp on and gwf was a good set, I used it to solo with my cw alot as well)
How about send tiamat back where she came from permanently, reduce the Linus for the boons by a factor of 10 (so earning them from coffers is achievable) and pretend Tiamat never existed (like they did with that other epic failure: GG).

I didnt hate this fight, but basically forcing a random grouping makes this a utter failure. Communication, gear and other issues raise thier heads every time . You will sometimes luck out and complete it and it can be done fairly easily probably in the 2.3k average range.. but by allowing 1.8k in and not forcing people to have enough arp , they are making it a disaster.. Ill go in and act these every so often just for kicks.. in some random Tias Ive done, like HALF! half of the players had sub par dps.. thats with all those lovely buffs on and such as well, remove the trans plagues and terrors and vorps providing a addition 50% more dps just to start with.. you have to wonder what these poeple are doing with their builds at times. My last attempt I did a week or so ago, my DC was like #11 in total damage.. and thats with a healing DC =P.. granted I only keep one heal up , but still... STILL!
That means there was a boatload of people who shouldnt be there.. and thats cryptic fault.
They should gate this with boons as well, I know thats always gotten flak, but Im tired of lazy poeple who want to be carried through it all.. It doesnt take that much effort to get the boons..
Minimum shouldve been 2k not 1.8 at least, also, Im tired of poeple calling that elitism.. come on guys.. thats not 3k or 4k .. its just effing 2k, its t1 set with r7s slotted and couple of purple artifacts and blue artifact gear. Thats achievable by any casual in game.
Either make the heads with less hp or make the requirements a little harder.

Devs.
The Tia fight was the centerpiece of Mod5.
Now that we have the problem with Difficulty and rewards it is as if Mod 5 is dead.
Please think about fixing this with one of the many suggestions, or one of your own.
It was Not too long ago IWD was dead.... and you fixed that nicely
All in all its redicules, the few attemps I took where big failure, ending in a big camp at the merchant
Poor damage on top oft adds that have tons oft life since HP buff
Most ppl died at first head to the left because the DC forgot to heal, and noone cared about the adds that onehittet lots oft player, nothing....
Its not only the poor gear, its also the fact that 50% oft the player do not have a clue what to do and how to build their.char
Fix this HAMSTER fight, raise GS, make boons a need to enter or just delete that HAMSTER , because its worse than running into 5 premades in a row doing PVP with your broken matchmaker
went tiamat again, 1/3 camp at the entrace from the begin to the end, rest deals redicules damage all in all, even having some gear, really poor....
Yea it's for this reason I don't even bother doing Tiamat until the server wide hits 100%.
Even then yea it's a mad dash to avoid Foooood and his consistent afking from the beginning in the temple (which by the way the should be a 30 min penalty for afkers everywhere from whichever instance type in in....encouters like Tiamat, pvp, dungeons keeping that penalty only for that que type as well as another topic for a thread but worth mentioning here) along with making sure there are some brightly glowing weapon/armor enchantments around me when I enter.
Otherwise I'll leave the instance and keep reentering till I find what I'm looking for.
And yea by the first round if black and green heads aren't done with red started on...it's basically a 90% chance of fail so I'll afk then but only cause I know it's going to fail if the above isn't done cause there isn't enough time if its not.
To summarize the above though...I agree....raise the item score requirement for Temple of Tiamat.
There is 3 boons low geared players can benefit from on the ToD campaign so making them wait a little while longer to get better gear to benefit from the other 3 is not that big a deal. Besides...with Strongholds coming...them treasures are going to be needed so people need to be on point for the temple.
2.5 k gs should be the minimum requirement for tiamat . after all this is THE END GAME DUNGEON
plus pls do some IQ test for ppl b4 they enter tiamat . sorry but if you are a moron delete the game and go back to play ally cat or what ever.
It takes 80 Linu's, and that's just for 1 character. How many classes are there to date? Did it ever occur to you, or any staff member, that some of the players would like to play more than one class and get their boons too?

You didnt even READ my message, THIS had nothing to do with further advancement of wod boons, this had to do with GATEing poeple out of Tiamat until they got some of the other boons.
I would say 2 in every area, it can be done in 3 weeks time give or take but makes players about 15% more effective in dps and 15% more in survibility.
I dont think its unreasonable, (so 2 boons x 4 areas x 2k ilevel and 35% arp limit) all of this is doable by any casual player.
