Rework/Replace Steel Blitz Brainstorm

The Class Feature Steel Blitz has always seemed like a waste of a power for me as a GF. I've even talked with GWFs and they felt more or less the same (They even had data charts to show why it was inferior to their other powers). I would really like to see it either revised or replaced with something more useful in a future mod. Here's some examples of what I would prefer to have for a class feature.
1) Steel Blitz: Increase your bonus damage to marked targets. Rank up increases bonus damage.
2) Steel Resistance: For 5 seconds, take 10% less damage from enemies after they hit you. Rank up increases duration.
3) Fighter's Pursuit: Gain action points whenever you are healed by a player power. Rank up increases bonus action points.
What kind of Class Feature would you guys like to have instead of Steel Blitz? Share you ideas. Brainstorm! (Bear in mind these should also work for GWF's too)
