DC piercing light help

bmeanbmean Member Posts: 114 Arc User
I did post this in the right fourm, but it seems no one visits the class fourm. If needed delete this post. Sorry for any inconvenience, just would like some help.
DC's righteous Piercing light feat, that says your damaging powers gives 10% additional arm pen. Does this mean if my base arm pen is 15% I'd have 25% total or just and extra 10% from my base added to my base?

The 10% increase will be 10% of your current ArP value. For example, 1000 before the feat will get you 1100.

As for incoming healing, it affect ALL incoming healing from potions to LS and regen. I have tested this to make sure my 5th boon was working.

That's a good question and hopefully someone knows the answer. my brother and I were debating something similar earlier today. Neverwinter doesn't describe skills and such very well. Like incoming healing, does that count when u heal yourself, with potions or skills like a gwf s restoring strike, or just when other players heal you?

I've even googled and searched the pc fourms, it seems no one knows a definite answer.

I'd assume incoming heals would include yourself as well. But I've never messed around with it so can't say for sure.

I wouldn't know that much about this :) but they don't give very much detail. About all the items and that do they.

It would be nice if they gave an option for the xbox to give more details if you clicked on the help. I know some games on Xbox gives more details this way.
