Any suggestions anyone?

I am still experiencing crashes and have no sound since mod 6, Dealt with support until they finally told me this was a dev issue and they could not help with it. So is this the right place to put this? is there a dev forum I could ask them? I've seen nothing dev blogs addressing this or even acknowledging it. I can play in safe mode but still no sound. I quit playing for a couple months waiting to see if these probs would be rectified but seem like nothing yet. If support says they cant help, where do I turn?

    I moved this to the tech support forum for you. Hopefully someone can help you. I don't have any suggestions outside of making sure that all your drivers are up-to-date.
