Thorned Roots bug on Elven Battle Enchantment users

I feel the need to reiterate this bug--and by feel I mean BLEEDING my eyes out crying rivers of blööd--
To those of you who don't already know (apparently, not a lot of people do) Thorned Roots currently has a killer interaction with all ranks of Elven Battle Enchantment. Now, this discussion is not to raise whether or not the CC reduction of that enchantment needs to be looked over.
This is about the insane duration of bleed ticks coming from Thorned Roots. It's funny because Thorned Roots is a T5 trapper feat, and knowing HRs, Eleven is the best counter you can have to permaroot. If you, however, use Elven, you would die from the bleeds alone. Each tick could do anywhere between 1-10K, depending on being deflected, crit, damage modifiers etc. I don't have an exact count of how many times it ticks, but it takes away anywhere from 50K to 100K of my 105K HP. At which point, it will simply be reapplied again.
It doesn't seem to matter whether the HR is undergeared or better geared, if Thorned Roots crit and isn't deflected, it's game over even for BiS players. You could be wearing a Greater Elven or a Transcendent Elven (I have personally tried on 3 ranks; greater, perfect and transcendent) and the bug persists.

Edit: Some players reported it ticks up to 30x. My observation tells me that it outlasts Healing Depression. When I get hit by Thorned roots, my hope is to pop Water Wheel and outheal the damage with its heal over time effect, or run from combat to wait out HD and my regen to kick in.
Edit2: Today I logged 18x. The ticks outlasted some of my passive defense buffs. 15K pre-mitigation ticks. GG
