Does anyone know whether Break the Spirit empowered works now in PVE. I read it used to be bugged but also know it was fixed on the pc. I've been using it on Tiamat for that raid buff but want to make sure I'm not wasting an empowered on a broken skill; otherwise I'll switch to Forgemasters flame . Ty

    The empowered does not work Is what everyone is saying and recently someone tested t and said the empowered does not work but it will work with one stack but does not give full bonus from empowered supposedly
