What is with the constant lag?

Also.. I should add that I have now been through 3 different modems since Neverwinter has been released thinking it might be on my end. I'm pretty sure my connection isn't the problem. I typically have a ping <50ms , a download of 40-50 Mbs and an upload of 10 Mbs.
