There has been a significant amount of discussion regarding the Leadership function being taken out of the Gateway.
I am one of those who are against this decision. There must be other ways to control the AD production than rewarding the Hard-core gamers who sit on their computers all day, and punish those who have to work. I have access to a computer and so I can use the gateway during the day. It made life bearable trying to get my professions to level 20.
A simple solution to squash the auto bots, is to require a security code for every log-in & automatic disconnect of every hour. That way a person has to manually log-on each time to do anything, and the security code stops the auto-bots.
No system is perfect, but this is punishing the players, and not doing anything to those responsible.
