Wild medicine Hunter ranger not the right job

Hello i am player from russian server.
Sorry for my english.
The problem is wild medicine already working at half in PVP.
But in fight PVP wild medicine again it gives half.
As a result, I get 12,5%. restore the health of the wild medicine must be 25%
question!
It is normal that the mark PVP in four times reduces action skills wild medicine.

    Do you know if this happen in IWD PvP or just in DOM? I'm trying to figure out the easiest way to test this since it's typically hard to get into PvP on preview...

    Don't expect things so quickly, even if this bug can be validated, it won't be fixed in a day. Most of the bugs that have been addressed are being packaged into the Stronghold release anyway. Fixes that are being rolled out to live before Stronghold is launched are the exception rather than the rule at this point - it's a lot of work to backport a fix across multiple branches, so unless something is really showstopping, it won't hit live until Strongholds do.

    You have to be patient here.

    I don't have an HR capable of entering Icewind Dale, but in PvE, I wasn't able to replicate this.

    What I did:
    Respec an HR to remove all boons, feats and powers. Removed all gear and companions. Added feats that provided no bonuses that would relate to healing or deflect or that give any additional abilities that might proc on giving or taking damage until I was able to set Wilds Medicine to rank 5.

    Put on gear that gives me some amount of deflect (was 864).

    Then, I found some mobs that wouldn't one-hit me and popped them with an arrow and let them beat on me a bit until Wilds Medicine activated. Then, immediately, I removed all my gear so that Wilds Medicine wouldn't stack accidentally (it can stack 10 times). Doing this several times allowed me to establish that it ticks every 3 seconds over 15 seconds, as expected.

    As you can see from the math below, each tick heals a fraction of of the expected total (1/5th). At the end of 15 seconds, when you add up the total healing, it comes out to a little over 5%, which is the expected amount healed per stack.

    Here's the supporting data from ARC, showing an single proc:

    What I suspect, @kupyxas is that you aren't taking into account that each tick of this power isn't supposed to heal you for a full 5% (2.5% in pvp) but rather one fifth of that amount, so that at the end after 5 ticks it will have healed you for 5%. By the way, Wilds Medicine heals for 5% per activation (1/2 that in pvp) not 25%. You can stack it up to 10 times, but each stack requires that you deflect, and in any event, each stack operates independently, ticking on it's own. That means, each time you see it in your combat log, it will still only show 1% or 0.5% of your total HP being healed. It just does it 10 times as often if you happen to have 10 stacks.

    In my opinion, this feat is working as intended.

    It works well but only in PVE.
    In another case.in PVP he loses in efficiency. but pvp label again weakens the effect doubled. In fact, I do not get 15 seconds 25% and less than twice.
    Example. to PVE get 1400 (1400)
                   to PVP get 350 (700)
    In the skill description says effective skills is reduced by half in PvP.
    And after this decline, it is still valid mark PvP.
    I think that is unusual and should be a written description of the action skill in PVP decreased by 4 times

    I need an answer to the question, are there for all who do not check the server combat ? If a bug is one thing, but if it is normal then so be it, but it's time to remove the veil!

    First of all, apologies time has not been my ally of late. Though I received your message I was not in the position to respond.

    Now, I am sorry but unless the developers require more information they generally will not respond to bug reports. It will be tested and validated internally and put on the priority queue to be resolved if it is indeed a bug. In this case, as Kvet said, if it was fixed today it likely would not be applied until the stronghold release anyway.

    That being said, I can ask the community manager to pass this report on to the developers. I am sorry but I can not promise anything beyond that.

    Wilds Medicine is half as effective in PvP. This is in addition to what healing depression does to all heals. So its working as designed :* .

    Gentleman Crush is aware of this and will be evaluating whether Wilds Medicine still needs the half effect in PvP.

    Thank you very much! It was, would be nice to raise a bit.
    I picked up were treated to 40% if it were to work a denial that was -by 50% and I would be paid for the loss of .no due to numerous bugs. including non-working tyranny of dragons on the receiving treatment 2 and 3.
    You could say that I am the only person who plays in a branch fighter.
    Almost all of this branch humiliated!
    It's a shame to be a Russian server ..
    But etif Fix to play a little bit complicated
