Unable to purchase Elixir of Fate from Vault of Piety

I am going out of town and wanted to purchase the Elixirs since my coins are going to reset while I am out. All of my characters have 3/7 celestial coins. When I click on the item in the store though, and confirm purchase, a message in red states I do not have enough coins to make the purchase.

I have tried logging on all my characters and same result. I have video of this as well.

Steps to reproduce error:

- have 3/7+ celestial coins
- go into vault of piety
- select Elixir of fate, confirm purchase
- Error msg pops, item not given
