Build pvp +pve please have two build?

I'm sorry for my english.
Why not bring into play the possibility of having two build?one for PvP and one for PvE.
it would be fantastic.

    People have been asking for dual specs since open beta......considering the route the designers have gone, I think that means there is no way it will ever be implemented into the game....instead we will probably get whatever is voted as least wanted.
