New PVP Modes please - duel arena

If this has already been suggested, someone please point me to the right thread.

Basically, a duel arena that lets people fight with friends for glory. 1 vs 1 or 2 vs 2. You can pick without armor, without weapons or without food. Sounds familiar to some? If you've ever played duel arena from another free mmo, that's where the inspiration comes from. Haven't you ever wanted to just duel a friend to prove who is better? Or try out different armor or weapon combos with the help of a willing partner? Heck, I'd love to have companions vs companions battle and we can bet for little prizes to avoid gold farmers using this as a way to trade.

    Just thought of another, how about everyone is given a standard gear then fight it out based on skill? I would love to see that. In fact, have a room where people can watch the arena without having to resort to watching on twitch.

    Even with perfect balance this wouldnt get implemented, unless there's no rewards at all. Else players would abuse system and feed each other for easy rewards.

    The idea was to have a fun place to duel with friends. In fact, we don't even need prizes. We just need bragging rights like maybe more fake coins that can't be traded but can be shown. Or the "scalp" of an enemy with their name on it. I've seen the effect in other games where people intentionally lose to transfer items. This is just to test builds, have fun duels and just duel for with friends or just people who called you out. Sounds good? I'd love to have one like this.
