Icosahedron stone and stacking XP

Ok so the stone gives us a active bonus of 10%
, what I was wondering was if you use three training runestones rank 6 which gives 9% each would your character get 37% extra xp?

Also how would the xp booster effect this? It states "cannot be stacked with other types of xp booster"
But is a augment considered a booster?

    Very, very few people have this on PC (have to do a lot of stuff with the Foundry in order to get it on PC) so I don't know the answer to this.

    To the first question, no. Training rune stones don't give any bonus to your character. Description says they're for the companion, plus when you check your character stats page it doesn't show any XP bonus added from that. If you use Azure stones in your armor utility slots, yes, those do stack with the companion XP bonus.

    I don't know about the second question.
