Barkshield absorbs same as before (ON LVL 70 CHARACTER)

The tooltip has changed, but the absorption, according to the logs, is same as before. Tested this on the same char on Preview and Live on the same mobs.

    Characters at less than level 61 will not see an improvement.

    This is on a level 70 character, of course. I should have mentioned that.

    Could be just a log display issue, but looks identical to the numbers displayed on live.
