Like it says. Presumably the Trans. Vorpal was fixed during the last patch but is the Pure Vorpal working, i.e. not adding to the defense of mobs and correctly debuffing them? I don't have the RP to make a Trans Vorpal atm. It would seem counterintuitive to fix the Trans. but not the Pure.
Failing a definitive answer can someone explain to me how to test Perfect vs Pure using ACT?

I do not trust their patch notes, nor their test team.
Except +50% crit that is working on both 11 and 12;
The fun fact is, there is no word about stacks and stacks works on damage reduction, but not on DR reduction.
This is really crazy. Especially, stacks are never shown.
I had huge issues with generating short and clear log, this is best I got (unfortunatelly was too long to show stacks limit). Non indented lines are important, indented are trash logs:
1st — 3rd indented lines are damage taken from Protector, damage / (damage) = 0.914
4th — 6th indented line are Critical Conduct of Ice dots, damage / (damage) = 1.07 (5% from Bitter Cold, 2% from Vorpal)
7th indented line is 2nd Critical Conduct of Ice cast, that upstacks Protector damage reduction (from 2% to 4%), but DR reduction stays at 2%, so 2405 / 2247 = 1.07 (5% from Bitter Cold, 2% from Vorpal)
Finally, 9th line; 6663 (+2000 from 8th line Absorbtion) /9908 = 0.874 (0.914 from lines 1–3 minus 0.874 is 0.04 so 4%). Without stacks, it would be impossible, that confirms that they exists.
edit: Removed the rest of logs, vanilla was displaying them as a mess.
Just throw 5 following crit attacks (not just dots) into foe and let him attack you, his damage will be reduced by 10%, not just 2% (exception: first attack can be non-critical, next 4 must be critical). And foes hit must be done within 3 seconds from last (5th) attack).
edit: I think the debuff comes from other enchantment`s code.
I bet its summary of:
- static debuff part that lasts 3s; giving -2% DR, applied on attack
- static debuff part that lasts 3s; giving -2% damage, applied on attack
- dependable debuff part that lasts 3s and stacks up to 3 times (like Flaming or Plague Fire); giving -2% damage per stack, not self appliedable
- conditional debuff part that gives -2% damage on crit and either:
- on crit: increases above dependable debuff stack
- on non-crit: self-removes, removing above dependable
I bet this comes from Pure Flaming replaced "Additionally you burn your foe for 9% of weapon damage as Fire damage every 1 seconds for 3 seconds. This effect stacks up to 3 times and each stack increases all damage you deal to the target by 1%." part. With incorrectly placed crit condition (it should affect all debuff parts, not just stacks) and if that would be done, then there would be no stacks at all. So I bet It all comes from single wrong placed crit condition and that would explain, why debuff was working invert before (because Flaming was affecting both wearer and victim), so now we got both of those on same side.Master of Flame Renegade guide: Burn with me!
