Harrowstorm Broken

The curse synergy portion of Harrowstorm is broken and has been broken since the fix to All-Consuming Curse in the May 15 patch. Harrowstorm should lift the enemy into the air and leave them prone, but does not. This is the main CC encounter pre level 60 for SWs.
