Looking to Merge Guilds

Right now I run a Guild that has 60+ members though only about 40 of them are on every day. Our main issue though is that our members are in 3 timezones: Europe, US & Asia so we rarely have a huge amount of people online at any particular time.
As such we are looking to merge with another Guild. All of my current members have 10k+ GS with about 10 of us being at the 18k+ mark. We are all 18+ and have headsets and what I value most is that we really are a community - everyone knows each other.
Our Guild name is Primal Instinct and we've been around since day one so most people have heard of us.
Ranks and who joins who is entirely open to negotiation as Im more interested in creating something special by merging Guilds than I am at messing around with who gets to be the boss.
