Game server Timeout/Disconnection

As of today 11 Jul 2015 at approx 1700HR UTC+0930 (South Australia), I have been disconnected repeatedly.
I have been resetting the game over and over again. I have performed multiple modem reset just incase it was hardware issues. I have confirmed with my ISP that everything else in their end is ok.The issue with disconnections and server lagging/rubber banding is only with Neverwinter. This has been confirmed by performing testing with other games and they have been working fine with no lags or disconnections.
I have confirmed with fellow Australian and New Zealanders that this has been happening with the majority of players in this region.
Any help on shedding some light on the problem....
