Forum says I have a new computer every time I log in?

The forum says I have a new/different computer every time I log in and makes me go through the laborious task of retrieving a code from my e-mail, can you tell me why it keeps doing this please.

    Thanks for the reply. I thought it might be cookies but didn't think that anything would have to reply on such a bad system and it said it had remembered this computer implying the server external had. I allow some cookies but the system cleans itself.
