Server time out, server unavailable and a bottle neck that slowly builds and then causes delay when

As in the title seems you have a problem as I see other's are having the same issue and reporting it on this forum and in game i see chat also speaking of the server delay/lag. Before patching today it was OK. Think someone needs to look at it before it gets worse maybe
