leaver penalty??

Because of the server dc i now have a 20 min wait to que?? Penalized for nws error?? Why is it always the gamers that get screwed when the devs #screw# up?? Have plenty of time to rant so i did lol?

    I got the "leaver penalty" too because the servers were apparently having issues and disconnected me in the middle of ESoT last night. Then I couldn't reconnect. Five minutes of trying to reconnect and then I got penalized.

    Does the game notify you that you are being penalized?
