Bought a HAMSTER ton of HAMSTER overpriced in Trade house not realizing rouge weapons were for main hand and off hand so when putting into my artifact weapon instead of giving 600 like they would they would only be giving 300, ON top of that, that not being the issue just stupid imo is all. I collected all the mail at once after spending ehh what 15k astrals maybe more give or take, After collecting there was nothing left to collect so like i regularly do i delete the old mail as it will keep saying i have mail if i dont! Well while going to refine my Golden dragon's tooth i realized i only had 5 of some 40 odd items i had bought in my bag, after it having said item received for every item i collected from the postal carrier. Not this is true i was with postal carrier and not mail box maybe that is how the glitch happened. ANYWAYS frustrated and betrayed as ever by this bullarky i bought more items after searching my bank trying to see if they might have been in there which they weren't i bought more items, those ones actually went to my backpack unlike the others! BAD enough i went and bought a bunch of rouge garbage but then to take my astrals and not even give me the items? wtf? somebody's gonna get bbq'd there at PW i sware.... Anyways BESIDES THAT the game has been overwhelmingly laggy and broken to the point of wanting to blow things up irl. NOTE im not a HAMSTER terrorist and dont blow HAMSTER up and also dont bbq people* but GOD DAM if i will sit here and be taken advantaged of or be played for a fool, Sorry for my grammar i just dont believe i should be paying for something which i didnt receive.. I did pay 50$ for zen and now here i am being taken for a fool... THANKS for the great game but really guys it seems with these recent updates the gameplay overall experience digresses, we need way more options for it and we also need a better boot system and more real roll system. For instance no 2 people in my experience ever rolled the same number. HOW could that be?? As for boots getting kicked on a greater mark of power drop is absolute garbage especailly when your the only one there the whole way in... Anyways have a good day, and for the ranting all i can say is WTF.

Didn't read most of what you posted but one of your complaints is that people aren't getting the same number on rolls at all. This is like this by design. If the game was set up in a way that two or more people could roll the same number then the roll system wouldn't work. You would have two or more people rolling the same number and the game not knowing who to give the item to. All roll based loot games have this feature built in for that reason.

As for your main concern. I would suggest putting in a bug report and letting them know what all steps you took during the process so that they might be able to include a fix for it in a future patch if it is a recurring problem.
