Guild Bank Issue

DaesynDaesyn Member Posts: 21 Arc User
A friend and I recently created a guild to bypass some of the vtk griefing, naturally this means we also created a guild bank to help gear up some of our lower geared members.

Our issue arises however after setting up the permissions for each rank to deposit only. While my and my friend's main characters, rank 7, are fully able to deposit and withdraw, only one other person in the guild, rank 1, seems to be able to actually use the bank as intended. Our logs show people are able to deposit gold correctly, no one has said anything contrary at least, but when one tries to deposit an item their inventory is entirely grayed out. I've even gone so far as to hop on all of my alts to try this as well. Of my five characters only the one could actually use the bank. After further testing we found that turning withdraw on for a rank also allows said rank to deposit. There's a catch however, if you turn on a withdraw limit both deposits and withdraws seem to affect said daily limit. After speaking with the sole rank 1 able to deposit into the guild bank he has confirmed he is only able to deposit, which is just as the permissions should be set up.

If any more details are needed I'd be happy to supply them as best as I can.

To amend that last statement it would seem that despite being able to deposit for the last two days, the aforementioned rank 1 can no longer deposit either.

My guild has submitted a ticket in the past about this and we have almost 150 active players. Only a select few are able to use the Vaults correctly, usually the rank 4 and above people. The only response we had back was to say that they were not aware of a problem so were not working on a fix.

Pretty annoying as we have spent a lot of AD opening all but 1 vault.

I had also been told that above rank four should be working correctly yet when I tested it myself it didn't matter what rank I set my alts too, if I didn't dish out withdraw privileges no one could deposit.

To add it would seem another (different) rank 1 is able to use the guild bank as intended with other members still unable.

Yeah, I withdrew a couple things by accident (wanted blue level 60 gear to feed to my artifact belt but wasn't paying attention >_>) but couldn't return them, despite the fact that I'm able to deposit potions since I rarely use them and have a stockpile.

    I can't withdraw gold either.

My guild is also suffering immensely with guild bank problems, and I have submitted a ticket, it may have gone too far this time though, i hope they manage to resolve these issues soon, as the guild bank system is a great way for guilds to assist each other by depositing those unwanted kits and potions, for lower ranks to use, but what good is it if they cant use it.
my thread is a bit in depth, and has been closed because of this thread already being active but if you would like to know the extent of our issues here is the thread

I came to check on my thread here, and saw this one so I thought I would contribute in hopes of getting more attention to this issue.

So, they are now aware...yes? Do we know if the developers are working on a fix? I am really hoping to see this resolved come Tuesday!
