How to make my DC better

I am lvl 60 gnome. Right now I have full set of high prophet gear my main hand and icon ate both dragon bone I need to get better and am working on that. What belt rings and neck should I be using? Also what enhancements should I use?
In battle I use astral seal, brand of the sun, bastion of health, astral shield, devine glow, hallowed ground, divine armor

    What I did was start running T2s and get the weapon/offhand/rings/belt drops from there and also use the Drake Seals to get the Minor Grand blah blah equipment.

    With the release of Tiamat and the Heralds (A DnD Pop Group™). T2 gear is available off the trade house and rather well priced.
