Crashing on game boot up. (AGAIN)

I have got to ask, Why do you have to make this game an up hill fight to play all the time? its like trying to take on a sheer rock face with no where to put your hands or feet and no climing gear.
Once again this is the 8th time on a patch now the game is once again crashing the 3d card when it loads into the game, I now have to run it in safe mode with the code -d3d11Enable 0 placed into the Command line to get the game to run.
I've tried reinstalling on both arc and Steam, I get the same problem.
Guys I know you work hard at this, but can you at least fix old bug before they become viruses? Their are already so many unfixed bugs that the game is unplayable at times. Hold back on some content for a little while or something but PLEASE fix the bugs. We don't want Neverwinter to become the next ET do we?
