Trascend. Elven Bugs out encounters

I use a transcendent elven... it makes my into the fray last 2 seconds then goes off me and onto cooldown. This is kind of a big bug considering I want to use this enchantment very badly but the main move for my class/spec cannot be used.

Please fix this. I would put this in a bug thread, but I couldn't find one.

    I moved this to the Bug Reports subforum for you. It's under Neverwinter Game Support, towards the bottom of the page if you are looking at all the various forum categories.

    Well I guess a whole lot less people will see it because bug reports is a realllllly out of the way with these new forums... ugh, could you pass this on to a dev please?
