NCL lvl question

Quick question-the top 40 rewards(armored bulettes) are only for lvl 70 players?
Because all i see is that you need to be just lvl 10 to participate and thats all,no other restrictions.
I think it would be more than just fair to reward both lvl 70 and 60-69 players as in both there are sufficient numbers of people engaging.

BTW I had a nice post with links and citations but it got lost after i choosed to preview the post(i couldnt return from the preview mode to edit)and then saved draft(which i surely saved) was just gone! Damn how i hate this new forums ! ...doesnt even have angry smiley >:(

It is for 70 ONLY... but that is implied. Lower levels may be able to compete, but the competition is not that great at the lower levels.

There is a reason why everyone says the game really starts when you hit 70.

Fair for who? smurfs that run r12 and trans enchants against players without any tenacity?

well,ive seen just a very few with r12 and trans enchants on 60-69,they are just a drop in the ocean of players who are ~1,5k til; and players without tenacity are no way getting any far in the leaderboard,they are not pvping and its not about them,and you know that the high Til players with r12 will actually lose their positions on leaderboard even by winnig the match vs pugs

Well, considering that MOST Trans enchants are bugged to give buffs instead of more damage... I doubt people are using them on weapons.

True story, I remember winning 3 matches in a row, and dropped 1 page instead...

Like I said previously, facing strong opponents and win = rank up
Facing undergeared and beat them = rank doesn't usually go up, and could drop instead.

If you are far from top 20 pages, then the chance is that if u win even against undergeareds, ur rank is likely to go up, however once you are around page 5~10, facing undergeareds really is terrible, u win, ur rank might not go up, and could even drop, but if you lose (including game crashes or disconnection), then your rank definitely goes down a few pages...

Thats a shame ,but yeah the competition on 70 is greater and only those who have high tier enchants have a chance to get there(and i dont like that),unfortunately i dont have time to see if i could get there,most probably no.But good thing is that NCL atracted more ppl to do pvp.

Well not high tiered enchants, per se, more that they are BiS and they enter the matches with a stacked deck of other members of their PvP guild.

This style of PvP does not highlight skill, it rewards those people who are BiS. They should all have to fight each other.

competition greater at lvl 70 PvP? I havent be able to even enter a PvP domination match with my GF since he was lvl 40 3 weeks ago, even decided to just do nothing for 3 hours just sitting by campfire while waiting the join match pop up to appear
