Artifact belts and other Q's

I'm in the process of gearing out a(grim/profound already) CW/HR and trying to figure out what belt to get with the recent drop in prices. I'v been leaning towards con for both belts, currently sitting at 30k/27k respectively, or would int/dex be a better bet? I usually pub with a few guildies but I have gotten into premades recently and I want to actually have a fighting chance against the wallet warriors without spending a ton.

Also, I'm trying to decide on enchantments. Currently I rock r7 darks and a L.Vorp but I have recently had some luck at eLol and can afford to upgrade. Should I go straight for P.Vorp? It would deplete a large chunk of my AD. I was thinking a G.Vorp and some rank 8s/armor kits. This would deplete a lot but I'm thinking it would give me the most bang for my buck.
