Unable to take missions in Spinward Rise

Seems I'm unable to take any missions in Spinward Rise even after completing the Drowned Shore, Reclamation Rock, and Fiery Pit areas. I've been to Fiery pit checking with all the quest givers to make sure I didn't just over look it to go to Spinward Rise, but I haven't cause the mission to do so like with Drowned to Reclamation and Reclamation to Fiery isn't there.

Not sure, but I think you need to be Lv66 to see/receive any quests in Spinward Rise.
