DC Tanky pvp build help for Newbie

Just hit level 60 and new to the game. Switched over from many years of playing WOW. I was looking for any advice on a pvp build for healing/tank to hold nodes etc. any body willing to post their builds/fears/powers with this goal in mind ? any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Halfling master race, AC (Faithful if you'll be the only DC in the group, Virtuous if you run two DCs), either 20 dex and 18 con or 20 con and 19 dex. Aim for 40%+ resis, 30% crit chance, 33-36% recharge speed, 30% deflect chance and 30k+ hp.
