Foresight vs. Hastening Light

Those are two important passive Powers of a DC, I would like to know which one you prefer and think it's more important in a(ny) build. Remember that one is active only when healing and the other only when spamming Dailies.
If you like to discuss it.. it's even more appreciated.

While Hastening Light is bugged and does not work properly (both offhand artifact feature and cooldown decrease) this poll is kinda uneven, unless we comparing both theoretically.

AP generating part seems to not work (tested) and I heard that rank 2 and 4 of HL does not decrease cooldown for some reason, but I havn't tested it yet.

If not for this bug, I would have said that Foresight better for DO and Hastening Light better for Anointed Champion.

run ACT and look if AP gain does anything for your mates, few mods ago i doesn´t do anything..... no 10% AP gain per daily
since no patch claimed having fixed it I guess its still broken , about cooldown decrease i can´t say anything, using it my CD stays the same, ask your teammates, they should be aware of a 4sec jump from CD

If you are going the Virtuous route you can choose, in mine case I would like to have the opportunity to buff more mine allies. They must fix it, if it's in the game it must work.

Although, if you did Virtuous with Faithful (for benefit of Foresight) and with Have Faith, you could be applying a very nice 18% DR to your party with HoT. That's nothing to sneeze at. I mean... Virtuous DCs sweat out HoTs anyway.

Foresight with benefit of foresight, have faith and artifact feature.

All day long.

Huge DR buff to entire party without thinking about it.

Yeah hastening light got killed when they fixed the perma-AP DCs early in mod 6. Never fixed that I'm aware of. Foresight is awesome if your running with a group that needs extra loving. Otherwise I'm Terrifying Insight and Holy Fervor all the way :-)

Foresight was always in my RiDO party setup. "Healing Lore" second with any Virtuous/Righteous builds i used to play.

"Hasting Light" is awesome in paper but it doesn't work.

My suggestion to OP - change description for this poll as intended for DPS RiDO DC setups or change list of options, because people not familiar with subject may have impression that DC is all about DO, completely miss support potential of AC.
