Regarding Page of Lore

Is anyone having issues of actually obtaining pages of lore? I have got to the 5th and last boon, but it for the past two, I haven't been able to collect the pages of lore. It always has me going back to the person but never completes for the reward. Has anyone else experienced this, and is there a way around? Tried to even jump in with someone else but haven't been able to complete.

Defeat the Dragons gives 10 once youve killed a cult dragon and talking to Harper Boward once per week.
Protecting the Portal gives 3 once youve completed the quest and accepted the chest once per week.
Common Cause gives 3 after completing tasks and talking to Harper Boward once per.
Ghost Stories, Borrow Demolitions, or A Miner Problem gives 1 once youve completed the quest and accepted the chest once per day depending on Common Cause.
Ancient Treasure gives 2 once youve completed the quest and accepted the chest once per day depending on Common Cause.

The harper quests can be buggy. The best thing to do is discard your quest that you are unable to complete and start over the next day. I actually had to wait 48 hours to make sure I got a new clean set of quests. Once you do this make sure you complete the harper quests right after you get them. Of you wait until the next day the corresponding quests will change and the ones in your journal will be unavailable.

This is great advice. Yes the campaign is very buggy, and I learned it the hard way this past week.

In three of my characters, I was working through campaign quests, and for some unknown reason, individual Harper missions dropped off and I couldn't complete the Harper quests. One was bottled lightning. It dropped off my journal page while my screen was still telling me to complete it. I would walk up to the lightning bottles, and nothing would happen. On another character it was "Culling the Cultists." Again, it was telling me to complete it on my screen, but the journal entry disappeared and it was the final mission in that Harper quest.

Kind of frustrating putting work into something and a glitch keeps you from getting your reward. I was forced to discard the missions, wait, then start over. Everything seems to be working again. I'll keep an eye on it, but it seems like a glitch that needs a solution.
