Oooookay,... i buyed one to test it. Now it generates a DPS Loop or more likely it won't stop doing damage on the training puppet because it seems that the Lostmauth Set and the Death Slaad activates each other. If the Death Slaad hits critical with his poisen DOT it also activates the Lostmauth Set because of the criticial hit. The hits of the Lostmauth Set can acitvate the effect of the Death Slaad. So it won't stop.
Overall the Death Slaads damage seems okay. It increase the DPS by 11% if you are a TR.

I don't know what this has to do with the TR. he has it easy to generate the stacks but the stacks doesn't disappear because it seem that lostmauth set keeps generating stacks of its own. So anyone can use it.

Well, perhaps it's working as intended... you never know. They write one thing, and later another...

According to my tests: The "Poisonous intent" have a DPS loop, the damage is always between 1700 and 2200 per second. It can stack up to x5 which means that if 1 stack does 2000 per second then 5 stacks will do 2000 each one per second (or in other words a total of 10k per second). It lasts for about 3 minutes with 5 stacks if it's not refreshed. It is not affected by buffs/debuffs. I soloed a few HE for 10+ in iwd dale and it was around 12%-15% of my total damage. However, I don't expect it to be that much in a dungeon because everything usually dies fast and there will be not enough time to add 5 stacks in an enemy except on bosses.
I didn't see any relation between the death slaad's active bonus and the lostmauth's set while I was testing with my GWF, it works in the same way with and without wearing the whole set.
That is strange, i did test it now again but it doesn't affect lostmauth set at all. Maybe it was the duelist flurry bleeding or i simply missread the the numbers. Strange.

I tested it and the poison stacks last for 25 seconds, if not refreshed. On my CW, stacks were doing 1200-1600 each. Damage is per stack per second.
On a class that uses at lot of At-Will attacks, it's easily BiS
At blue, it changes to 14% and stacks to 5.
At purple, 15% chance and after 5 stacks, they explode in an AOE that damages up to 5 targets.
What does this poison show up in under ACT? Or are you using a different parser?
I sat at the target dummy and just used my at-will (shielding strike -- pally) for about 2 minutes. I didn't see one proc at all and ACT didn't show anything either. I also did a manual search in the combatlog file in notepad++ and didn't see any entry with "poison" in it at all.
I also ran through the DR lair DS and Sharandar lair Gnarl and ACT didn't show any "poison" entry either in the Outgoing Damage under my character.
Does this poison show up under a different category in your testing?
It shows up under outgoing damage. I think the english term is "vicious poison"
Ok, thanks. I reran GC and now the "Poisonous Intent" showed up in the logs. It's weird that it didn't show up the first time I ran through it last night. The only thing I did differently today was to send the Slaad off for training earlier so it was no longer level 1. But I doubt that was the issue. But whatever, it works now.
The poison was 4% of my damage through the GC run and the average hit was 1360. (Prot Pally)
The DPS is around 6-7k. The problem is it doesn't stop soon. Each stack should have a 6 second up time and it seems the dot ignores the resistance on monsters and players.

That is way too much for me, if i would even reach that much AD, i would rather save more and exchange it to ZEN, to go after one of those packs with account wide companions, even if those are not that op.

I'm honestly surprised it's that cheap.

I'm honestly surprised it's that cheap. Prices is only going to go up.
It's not that good. Some people here exaggerate so they can sell it for high price. Think twice before you'll spend lot's of AD in to something that may get nerfed to the ground in future.

The Black Scorpion for example only grants 0.2% additional DPS.
If your class uses a lot of at-wills, it's great.
5 stacks explosion - base damage ~10000
Cloud Kill - 20 sec cd - 4500~5000 damage (aoe ~ 18' radius)
Poison Slash - 1 sec cd - 1000~1300 damage (cone ~ 12' range)
