    Maybe they hacked into our webcams and the "special" thing for all the troubles will be a video showing everyones reaction to still no 2x refinement after the additional 2 hours of downtime.

    Can I have my exp to be gained at a boosted rate back I invoked and lost over a million boosted rate exp.
