My main complaint about SW is, of all their powers, does anyone really use them? I use only 3 or 4 mainly. The rest are useless.
Killing Flames: don't really use this because it's only effective against low health enemies and the cooldown sucks. The soul puppet mechanic is useless for damnation specs.
Infernal Spheres: fun mechanic but utterly worthless because the damage is too low especially against multiple enemies and in pvp you'll most likely be dead or almost dead before the last sphere hits your enemy. Suggestion: since you can cast this while out of combat, this should be an 'anti-CC' mechanic. Have the spheres do double damage against or have them all focus on enemies who have disabled you.
Vampiric Embrace: since the m6 items all have high health, this is utterly worthless. The damage is too low and even then it only does 75% of that low damage. The healing is negligible. The cooldown is too long. There is no reason to slot this.
Cursed Bite: The problems with this ability is that rarely do you have more than 1 or 2 mobs cursed. Even then your other abilities are consuming curses so you're constantly having to recurse and then fun becomes tedium.
Wraith's Shadow: I occasionally use this in PVP but the damage sucks and it only immobilzes
Blades of Vanquished Armies: after the lifesteal changes, this ability became virtually worthless. Before you could use it as a tool for survivability, now the damage ticks are so miniscule, it not even worth slotting

Killing Flames: I don't think this has ever left my bar and I am strictly Damnation. It's a finisher and when used right, can hit as hard as any daily. If you use an AP gain build it's a standard slot.
Infernal Spheres: I've talked about the utility of this spell before, it's a set up encounter, it's mandatory if you run a curse build, it's pretty much the only spell that procs multiple lesser curses.
Cursed Bite: Which leads to Cursed Bite which is the trigger for your feats in a curse build. The damage could be better yes,I agree but useless no.
BoVA: I don't use it, but alot of SW's do, They like it because it hits fast. If you are Soulbinder you have two choices to generate sparks. Use spells that snapshot crit, or use spells that hit rapidly in a short about of time if your crit rating is high enough. Again for what it does, useless isn't being accurate.
Wraith and Vampiric, I don't use. and I don't PvP.
Just saying SW's definitely need some work, fix the broken things that have been obvious forever like others have mentioned. Then address some class issues like lifesteal to help overall, but to dismiss certain spells without even examining how they interact with each other isn't fair either. SW requires a high skill cap. It isn't a 3 button 100K each damage class. You can generate the damage, it's just requires more effort and planning to get there.
