Dread Ring Merchant

I just started the campaign and wanted to check out the store to see what currency it uses and how much things cost, but I cant find the merchant. I noticed several threads about there being problems with him, has he been removed for now or am I just blind?

    In the Campaign screen, when you open Dread Ring, there's a button below the DR button. Click that and enjoy the view. Also currently the only functioning way for purchasing the stuff...
