I read it's 100% weapon damage, but i got hit for 5k lostamauth vengeance consistently by TRs.
Should be flat weapon damage no crit no benefit from modifiers. Imho.
To be in line with other sets.

100% weapon dmg is new SO proc, which means max 3k dmg from old 10k proc. LostMauth's proc is not doing piercing dmg but the dmg itself can go up to 20k (which then can be mittigeted depending on your tenacity and DR)
BTW i think things went a bit downhill.
In module 2 i quite remember the uproar caused by Deep Gash dealing tons of damage in PvE even if it was not as noticeable in PvP (still noticeable, but complaints were mainly about PvE).
And i remember also TRs, CWs and the other damage dealing classes talking about how broken and stupid was such high damage from a passive feat proc.
Now we got CW's stromspell doing even more in both PvP and PvE, and when it got fixed there was a flood of complaints from CWs.
Now players asking to keep piercing damage passive procs, Lostamauth passive procs...as if payers NEED high damage coming from passive procs.
Are you serious guys?
To the ones defending high passive damage procs: Learn to play and ask for damage coming from direct powers that need aiming and timing, you wussies!!.
To the others: I know you are not that skill-less to support skill-less gameplay.
I believe in you. Let's work together to have damage moved from cheesy passives to dodgeable powers, so we can get back to dealing damage the good old way, like REAL MEN do!!
Make Lostamauth Set deal 100% flat weapon damage from crits and nothing more. Would also bring the set in line with other sets.
No one asked for stormspell, they put it in because they were reducing direct power damage. And you know they don't take requests.

the problem isnt lostmouth per se.. its the terrible design of the other sets.
15% control.. there was already ways to add control on the cw and its a darn expensive set.. for what ends up being like .3 seconds more control(or even less!).
