How do I get to 15/16/17 GS

So I have

Shore jewelry set (3)
Draconic armor 4 set
Ancient Main/off
Rank 7 on all
Artifact belt at blue
Water at blue
Book at Blue
Best pants/shirt

I am at 13.5. If I get enhancements to rank 8 it may get me to 14k at best. Only thing left is artifacts to legendary. Will that get me from 14k to 16/17?

Epic companions with good active bonus's is the biggest GS booster, epic armor reinforcement kits, Rank 8 and 9 enchantments, (can't have 7's forever.) upgrade those artifacts to purple at the very least, and trade out the book for the PVP one if possible,

Get a third artifact (One that will match your Tiamat Belt and Neck)

+100 Power Armor (4 Slots (Head, Chest, Arms, Feet) (400 Points) Each is about 120k AD
+50 Stamina or Action Point Gems (4 Slots (Rings, Neck, Waist) (200 Points) Each is about 200k AD

Shore Jewelery Set (3 items, Ring, Ring, Neck) has a +450 set Bonus:

Personalized Rings (2 Enchantment Slots each) You will have to make it yourself. (So start with the Jewelcrafting) The Extra 2 Slots mostly offsets the +450 Shore Set Bonus, depending on your enchantment ranks)

Bonus D1ck Move: Add Personalized Jewelry to your Ioun Stone Companion.

Then you have:

Artifact/Artifact Belt/Artifact Cloak combo (Lathander, Imperial and so on) (No Stats, but a bonus effect) This route will take massive RP to refine.

Or you could go Personalized Belt and Neck (2 Enchantment Slots each).

Basically, doubling up on your Enchantment Slots and hardcore leveling of artifacts and companions is mostly your next step.
